1. About the service

Quailcentre (quailcentre.site) is operated by CLMS International (Pvt) Limited, a company incorporated with the SECP in Pakistan. Quailcentre provides an online quail farming course, certificate, community, discussion board, shop listing board, feed calculator and farm management tools.

2. Registration

You must give true and complete information. Only one account per person / CNIC, email and WhatsApp number is allowed. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Your name cannot be changed

Your Full Name cannot be changed after enrollment, because it is printed on your certificate. Please write it exactly as you want it on the certificate.

4. Accounts are personal

Accounts cannot be sold, shared or transferred. Only one active session is allowed; logging in on a new device ends the old session.

5. Certificate

The certificate is issued once only. It can be revoked if it was obtained by fraud or by breaking these terms. Anyone can verify a certificate number online.

6. Fees & payments

Pay only into the bank accounts shown on your checkout page and write your Voucher No in the payment remarks. Quailcentre is not responsible for payments sent to wrong accounts.

Refund policy will be announced by CLMS International before launch.

7. Course use

Course content is for your personal learning. Copying, recording, re-selling or sharing the content is not allowed.

8. Community & board conduct

Be respectful. No spam, no misleading or unsafe advice, no illegal, hateful or adult content. Admin may remove any content and restrict accounts.

9. Shop

Shop listings are between members. Quailcentre does not handle money or delivery. Deal directly and carefully. Fraud leads to account restriction and legal action.

10. No liability for livestock loss

Course content is educational and not veterinary advice — always consult a qualified vet before giving medicine. Quailcentre is not responsible for livestock loss, disease, or business loss.

11. Local laws

Members must follow provincial Livestock and Wildlife department rules and food-safety rules (for example Punjab Food Authority) when farming and selling.

12. Privacy

We collect your name, contact details, CNIC, date of birth and address to verify enrollment and issue certificates. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy.

13. Restriction & termination

We may restrict or close accounts that break these terms, without refund where the law allows.

14. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
