Privacy Policy

CLMS International (Pvt) Ltd ("we") runs Quailcentre. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • Registration: full name, email, WhatsApp number, CNIC, date of birth, gender, province, district, city and address.
  • Payment proof: bank used, transaction reference, date and screenshot.
  • Learning records: sections completed, quiz results, workbook and certificate.
  • Content you post: community posts, comments, board messages, shop listings and photos/videos.
  • Farm records: data you enter in the Farm Management System.

Why

To verify your identity and payment, give you access, issue and verify your certificate, run the community, and keep the platform safe from fraud.

Who can see it

  • Your CNIC, address and date of birth are visible only to admin.
  • Your name and profile photo appear on your posts and messages. Your WhatsApp number is shown only if you turn it on in your profile or add it to a shop listing.
  • The certificate verify page shows only your name, certificate number, issue date and status.

We do not sell your data

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Security

Passwords are encrypted. Payment screenshots, workbooks and certificates are stored privately and are only shown to you and the admin.
